BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings are normally for full weeks commencing Saturday. Bookings are from 4pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure. Occupancy restricted to stated maximum number in the cottage.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. The balance of 75% is due 6 weeks before the holiday start date. Bookings made less than 6 weeks before the start date must be paid in full at the time of booking. If cancellation is made within the 6 week period prior to the holiday start date, all monies will be non refundable or at the discretion of the owners. It is therefore recommended that holiday insurance should be taken out by the holiday maker.
If for any reason beyond the owners control we are unable to provide the property booked we will refund all monies you have paid in full and the holiday makers will have no further claim against the owners.
All bed linen is provided. Towels can be provided at a small charge. The price is inclusive of all utilities provided.
All holiday makers occupying the cottage must agree to:
1) Leave the property in a good and clean condition as found upon arrival.
2) Pay for any damage or breakages and any missing items from the inventory.
3) Keep the property secure when left unoccupied.
Lilabet cottage is strictly non smoking and regrettably no pets allowed.
Use of the holiday property is at the holiday makers own risk. No liability shall fall on the owner for injury to the holiday makers or for loss of personal property belonging to the holiday makers.
Holiday makers have the right to occupy the cottage for the purpose of their holiday only, section 12(2) and paragraph 8 of the Housing (Scotland) Act applies. The owner reserves the right to demand the immediate departure of any holiday maker/s not complying with the above booking conditions.
A secure hut will be available for the holiday makers sole use to store large items such as golf clubs, bikes etc. This will be used at the holiday makers own risk.
By signing the booking form on arrival the holiday maker is deemed to have accepted all of the above conditions and must ensure that all party members understand and comply with these terms.
We accept payment by sterling cheque, cash and major credit cards.
